The music ministry at Cowee Baptist Church seeks to provide opportunities to use our God-given musical gifts to praise and honor Him and to reach our community for Jesus Christ. Our blended musical style of worship includes a variety ranging from Southern Gospel to traditional hymns to contemporary selections. All are prayerfully selected to enhance worship and honor God. Our music director, choir members and other musical groups are all dedicated volunteers who love praising God through music. We are a close musical family of faith and we gain strength and encouragement from each other.
Rehearses every Wednesday, 7:00 PM The 50 plus voice Adult Choir rehearses weekly to prepare selections for the morning worship services. Children's Choir
Every Sunday, 6:00 – 6:45 PM Children in grades 1 – 6 participate in the music program called Made For Praise. Through exciting musical activities with Biblical applications, children learn to praise God through music.
Youth choir \| Drama Team
The Youth Choir/Drama Team presents dramatic skits and musical selections at various times throughout the year for morning worship and special youth led events.
Handbell Choir
The Adult Handbell Choir seeks to ring out the good news of Jesus Christ. They perform at various times throughout the year for morning worship and other special events.
